Before you pay

House rules

  • Only registered guests may stay overnight, and visitor limits for the building must be followed.
  • No parties, events or unreasonable noise. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
  • No smoking or vaping inside the residence. Balcony use must follow the building by-laws.
  • No pets, except lawful assistance animals.
  • Follow fire, balcony and building-access safety requirements, and report damage or safety issues promptly.
  • Keep furniture and apartment equipment in place, contact us before treating spills or stains, and follow the departure checklist.

Good to know

Before you
pay.

The total is itemised. Review the accommodation, A$180 cleaning and linen charge, and 2% administration fee before payment.

The booking is for a category. We allocate the exact apartment from the category available for your dates.

Your bank may verify the card. Stripe supports 3D Secure approval by code, app or biometrics.

Your card is authorised first. We hold the reservation while recording it in our booking system. Once the booking reference is verified, the authorised total is captured and the final confirmation is sent.
