Information we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and correspondence with us.
• Your stay dates, guest numbers, residence category, requests and booking history.
• Information reasonably required for identity, access, safety and security-bond administration.
• Payment status, transaction references and limited payment metadata provided by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical information generated when you use the website, such as IP address, device and browser information, security events and service logs.

How we use the information

• To answer enquiries and provide quotes.
• To take payment, create and manage bookings, coordinate access and support your stay.
• To send confirmations, policies, pre-arrival instructions and operational messages.
• To prevent duplicate or fraudulent bookings, protect guests and property, and investigate incidents or disputes.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance and building-management requirements.
• To operate, secure and improve the website and booking process.

Who receives the information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose relevant information to:

• payment, website hosting, email and other technology providers supporting the booking service;
• building managers and access providers where needed for your stay;
• cleaning, maintenance, security and other service providers involved in the apartment;
• professional advisers, insurers, banks, payment-dispute services and public authorities where reasonably necessary or required by law.

Overseas processing

Some technology providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in New Zealand, the United States and Finland. Provider locations can change as their infrastructure changes.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the booking, guest support, accounting, legal, insurance, fraud-prevention and dispute-handling purposes. Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally retained for up to 90 days unless there is a legitimate reason to keep them longer.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send full card details by email or through the enquiry form.

Cookies and service logs

The website and its service providers may use cookies, local storage and logs where needed to operate forms, preserve booking state, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and understand service performance. You can limit cookies in your browser, although parts of the booking flow may then not work correctly.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask for access to or correction of personal information we hold about you. You can also raise a privacy concern or ask us to delete information where we are not required to keep it. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
