Paradise Stayz manages direct bookings for independently managed holiday apartments in Surfers Paradise. Our local team handles the reservation and pre-arrival information.
You book the residence category shown at checkout. The exact apartment is allocated from that category after booking. Furnishings, layout and outlook can vary between individual apartments.
The total shows the accommodation charge, an A$180 cleaning and linen charge, and a 2% administration fee. The final total is displayed before you continue to payment.
Full payment is due when you book. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are not stored by Paradise Stayz.
After successful payment, we email you to confirm that payment was received and the reservation is secured. Our team then records the booking in the booking system and sends the final confirmation with the booking reference. If you pay but do not receive the first email, contact us before trying to pay again.
You can cancel for a full refund when you give at least 30 days' notice before check-in. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in and no-shows are non-refundable. The policy shown and accepted at checkout is the version that applies to your booking.
Minimum stays vary by arrival date. The availability search applies the minimum stay for your dates and shows only options that can be booked.
A security bond may be required before check-in. If it applies to your stay, our team will email the amount, due date and collection instructions before arrival. The bond is handled separately from the online accommodation payment.
We send your pre-arrival requirements by email. These may include identity verification, the applicable security bond and building-specific access instructions. Complete any required steps by the date in that email.
The policies and house rules are available before checkout. You must accept the version linked at checkout to complete a booking. We send the same version again before arrival.
